Our goal is to provide a quotation to you within 10 working days after receipt of a complete quotation package. In order to provide you with an accurate and timely quote, it is necessary for you to provide us with the following information:

• Annual quantities
• Production release dates
• Packaging requirements
• Bill of materials with approved vendor (Excel spreadsheet form)
• Assembly drawings (hard copy) and/or DXF files
• PC board FAB drawing and current supplier (hard copy) and/or DXF file if not included in Gerber set
• Component drawings for all mechanical parts
• Gerber data, in 274X format preferred
• Customer contact (including: address, phone, fax, and title)
• Test requirements (i.e., ICT, functional, and environmental)
• Schematics
• Quote due date

The following items are not required to complete the quote, but are always helpful:

• Costed bill of material with approved vendor (if currently being built)
• Target price
• Pre-production run
• Shipping requirements
• Sample of product to be quoted or photos (digital or Polaroid)
• Non-populated PCB
• CAD data
