Dick Eisenlauer - President
President of Harrington Signal Inc. since October of 2007, after serving two years as Director of Sales and Marketing for both the Harrington Fire & CPG Signal, divisions of Harrington Signal Inc. Dick is also a member of the Board of Directors of Harrington Signal Inc.
Prior to joining Harrington Signal, Dick had a 30 year career in the computer industry, in various sales and management positions with both IBM and Hewlett-Packard.
Dick, has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the University of Iowa and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from St. Ambrose University.
Rick Hardeman - General Manager Manufacturing Operations
Manufacturing Manager of Harrington Signal since February of 2007. Prior to joining Harrington Signal, Rick spent 30 years in the electronic manufacturing industry with Motorola and Celestica, where he held various positions in operations management, customer program management, lean management, supply chain management and quality assurance.
While with Celestica, Rick earned his Six Sigma Green Belt and LEAN Instructor certification.
Rick has an Associate in Applied Science (AAS) degree in Electronics from Indian Hills Community College and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Iowa Wesleyan College.
Brad Ulfig - Accounting Manager
Accounting Manger of Harrington Signal since August of 2009. Brad has 25 years of experience working in Accounting Management with 15 years in manufacturing. His experience also includes Information Technology, Sales, Purchasing, and Customer Service.
Brad has a Bachelors degree in Accounting and Economics and Associate degrees in History and Government along with being a Licensed C.P.A in the State of Illinois.
Jim Theesfeld - Quality/Safety Manager
Jim joined Harrington Signal in 1999 as the ISO 9001 Management Rep and Safety Manager. In 2006 he was promoted to the Quality Manager. Other responsibilities include the receiving, shipping, and stockroom departments.
Prior to joining Harrington Signal, Jim had a combined 20 years of experience working in quality/safety, production, and internal auditing roles.
Jim has a Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois State University in Business Administration.
Marcy Carson - Human Resource Manager
Human Resource Manager of Harrington Signal since October of 2007. Marcy has 8 years of experience working as a Human Resources Manager and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from St. Ambrose University along with her PHR certification.
Brandon Foley - Purchasing Manager
Brandon has worked for Harrington Signal for 10 years and has held several positions throughout his career from Receiving to Production Supervisor. He has been in Purchasing for the past 6 years and was recently promoted to Purchasing Manager.
Brandon has a Bachelor of Business in Management from Western Illinois University.
Wendy Ruud - Customer Service Manager
Wendy joined the Harrington Signal Inc. in 1994, managing the East Coast sales for the Harrington Fire Alarm and CPG Signal divisions of Harrington Signal Inc. Wendy was promoted to the Manager for all Domestic and International sales for Harington Fire and CPG Signal in 2004. Wendy became Manager of Customer Service and Sales for Harrington Signal Inc. in 2007, with responsibility for Customer Service and Sales for all divisions of Harrington Signal Inc.
Wendy has a total of 31 years experience in customer service, during which time she has relentlessly pursued the goal of absolute customer satisfaction. |
